VMC Recruitment 2023 Notification – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years as on the date of advertisement. For candidates with previous experience in the field of VBD control in the VMC’s Health Department, the maximum age limit is 59 years.
• Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit to perform the duties of a PHW, which may involve walking long distances, carrying heavy equipment, and working in various weather conditions.

Salary

• Pay Scale: Rs. 10,500/- to Rs. 23,100/- per month (as per 7th Pay Commission)

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of a written test followed by an interview. The written test will be objective in nature and will cover topics related to public health, VBD control, and general knowledge.
