The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) is a quasi-judicial body established under the Companies Act, 2013. It is responsible for adjudicating matters relating to companies, including corporate insolvency resolution, company law, and mergers and acquisitions.

Eligibility Criteria

- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
