ITBP Recruitment 2023 Notification – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the ITBP Recruitment 2023, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Constable GD (General Duty)

• Age: Candidates must be within the age range of 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2023. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
• Physical Standards: Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards for the post of Constable GD.

Assistant Commandant (Engineer)

• Age: Candidates must be within the age range of 21 to 30 years as on 01-01-2023. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed under the following pay scales:

Constable GD (General Duty)

• Level 3 of the 7th Pay Commission, ranging from Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month.

Assistant Commandant (Engineer)

• Level-10 of the 7th Pay Commission, ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month.

Selection Process
