🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience

To apply for this position, candidates must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute.

• Certificate of Competency as:

  • Skipper (Fishing Vessel), or

  • Mate (Foreign Going), or

  • Master (Near Coast Vessel)
    (Issued by the Mercantile Marine Department)

• Minimum 5 years of experience on board a fishing vessel.

Option 2:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fishery Science (Nautical Science) from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fisheries development activities or onboard a fishing vessel.
