Citizenship: Indian citizen or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan.

Education Qualification:
- Stipendiary Trainees/Technician-B: Diploma in Engineering/Technology in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Instrumentation) with minimum 60% marks.
- Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant-B: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Scientific Assistant-C: Master’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or Master’s degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Assistant Grade-1 (HR, F&A, C&MM): Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (Commerce, Economics, Management) with minimum 60% marks.
