Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the respective posts, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Quality Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Production/Industrial) or related field from a recognized university.
• Junior Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Production/Industrial) or related field from a recognized university.
• Junior Manager: Postgraduate degree in Engineering Management, MBA with specialization in Operations Management or Project Management, or related field from a recognized university.

Education Qualification

Salary

The selected candidates will be placed in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix, with a starting salary of ₹50,000 per month.

• Junior Engineer: 21 years
• Junior Manager: 24 years
