Eligibility Criteria:

• Be a citizen of India
• Have passed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks
• Be between the age of 18 and 25 years as on the last date of application
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Application Process:

Interested candidates can apply for the Graduate Apprentice Trainees Post online through the official website of FSNL. The application process will be open from June 6, 2023 to June 20, 2023.

The following documents are required to be uploaded along with the application form:

• Scanned copy of the candidate’s Class 10 or equivalent examination certificate.
• Scanned copy of the candidate’s Graduation certificate from a recognized university/institution.
• Scanned copy of the candidate’s caste certificate (if applicable).
• Scanned copy of the candidate’s disability certificate (if applicable).

The application fee is Rs. 250/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 125/- for SC/ST candidates.

The application fee can be paid online through the FSNL website using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Selection Process:

The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the following stages:

1. Written Test (MCQ)
2. Interview

The written test will be of 100 marks and will be conducted in a computer-based mode. The interview will be conducted to assess the candidate’s communication and interpersonal skills.

The final selection will be made on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in the written test and interview.

Salary and Benefits:

The selected candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- per month during the training period. They will also be entitled to other benefits such as PF, medical, and leave.
